Payments can be made in several ways:

• CREDIT CARD through the Intesa Sanpaolo banking circuit
• PAYPAL (with your own account or credit card)
• BANK TRANSFER: you will receive by e-mail the details for the payment at the time of the order (the order will be processed once payment is received)
• CASH ON DELIVERY: only in Italy with an additional contribution of € 5.50
• UPON COLLECTION: in cash or by debit / credit card for those who choose the collection at the Madesimo store or the Como Headquarters.

The shipment is made by express courier.

Shipping is free in Italy and the EU.

After shipment you will receive a link to check the progress of your order online. We suggest to indicate an address manned during the day to facilitate delivery as much as possible.
The courier makes deliveries on working days (Monday - Friday). The items are carefully packed and well protected.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the goods purchased, you can return them within 14 days.
